A tool that keeps your board's minutes and decisions needs trust, and trust is not bought with an About page. So instead of client logos and testimonials nobody can verify, we show what we actually run: live platforms with real users that you can open this second and judge.

Why we built Diwan
Because we saw the problem in our clients and in ourselves: meetings held then forgotten, decisions lost in chat threads, and files nobody who joined late can find. Global tools are excellent at task management, but they are built for a work culture that starts from the ticket rather than the meeting — and we start from the meeting.
And Arabic here is not a later translation. The interface reads right-to-left because it was built that way, search understands hamza and taa marbuta, and times are shown with their reference for distributed teams. These are not details you bolt on afterwards: whatever starts in English stays a translation.

We do not promise what is not built
Whatever does not work yet is stated in the future tense or not mentioned. Our capabilities page has a section for what has not been built.

We say no when we do not fit
The first session may end with us telling you Diwan does not solve your problem. A badly matched customer costs us more than they bring.

The infrastructure is ours
We run the servers, read their logs and restore their backups. There is no intermediary between you and whoever fixes the fault.
